Planned Support Scope

This page describes the current launch-safe scope Lift IT Solutions is preparing. It is not an open booking list. Enquiries are welcome, but paid bookings are not yet open.

Primary pilot lane: small-business office IT

  • Ordinary office-computing issues affecting one person or a small owner-led team.
  • Computers running poorly, printer setup problems, email issues, licensed software friction, and office Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
  • Scheduled, non-urgent support handled remotely first where suitable.
  • Clear explanation, written scope, and approval before material changes.

Secondary lane: limited consumer support

Household support remains available only as a secondary lane and is not the main launch focus. If your issue appears to fit the current planned scope, you can still send an enquiry.

Not part of the current live offer

  • Phone repair.
  • Gaming support or gaming-PC upgrade promotion.
  • Urgent-response or same-day guarantees.
  • Managed IT, retainers, 24/7 support, cybersecurity incidents, or serious data-recovery work.
  • Published prices, callout fees, or drop-off terms before the applicable gates are green.

How to enquire

Tell Lift IT what is going wrong, what device or setup is involved, your suburb, and whether the issue is for a small business or a household. You will get the current planned-scope response, not a misleading booking promise.
