Lift IT Solutions is a Henderson-based IT-support project being prepared carefully for West Auckland. The current focus is a bounded pilot for owner-led small businesses with ordinary office IT friction, while consumer support remains a secondary lane.
I’m Cole, the person behind Lift IT Solutions. I hold a Diploma in IT Tech Support and have experience in help-desk and repair environments. This business is being built around calm, plain-English help rather than broad claims or rushed promises.
What matters in the current launch phase
- Truth before traffic: public information needs to stay narrower than future ambitions.
- Small-business office IT comes first in the pilot phase.
- Support is scheduled and non-urgent, with written scope and approval before material changes.
- Lift IT should not imply open bookings or unsupported services before the relevant launch gates are green.
What Lift IT is not promising yet
- Managed IT, urgent-response support, or broad always-open repair coverage.
- Phone repair, gaming support, or other deferred services as current live offers.
- Published pricing or callout terms for the small-business lane before they are genuinely ready.
