Launch FAQ
These answers reflect the current pre-launch position for Lift IT Solutions.
Is Lift IT open for paid bookings yet?
No. Lift IT is still in pre-launch. Enquiries are welcome, but paid bookings are not yet open.
What kind of work is Lift IT preparing to offer?
The current pilot focus is scheduled, non-urgent help for ordinary small-business office IT issues such as computers, printers, email, licensed software, and office Wi-Fi. Consumer support remains a secondary lane.
What is not part of the current live offer?
Lift IT is not currently promoting phone repair, gaming support, urgent-response work, managed IT, or broad always-open repair services as live launch offers.
Can I still make contact now?
Yes. You can send an enquiry to ask about the planned scope or ask to be updated when launch status changes.
What should I include in an enquiry?
Include whether the issue is for a small business or household, the device or setup involved, what is going wrong, when it started, and your suburb.
Will Lift IT promise same-day help?
No. The current messaging is enquiry-first and avoids same-day or urgent-response promises before the relevant launch gates are green.
Send an enquiry if you want the current planned scope or an update when launch status changes.
