Our Commitment

At Lift IT Solutions, we stand behind our work. If something we’ve fixed stops working due to the same fault within 30 days, we’ll come back and sort it — no extra charge.

30-Day Workmanship Warranty

All repair and support work carried out by Lift IT Solutions is covered by a 30-day workmanship warranty. If the same issue recurs within 30 days of the original service, we will fix it at no additional labour cost.

This warranty covers:

  • The specific fault or issue we were engaged to fix
  • Labour performed by Lift IT Solutions

This warranty does not cover:

  • New or unrelated faults that arise after the service
  • Damage caused by accidental misuse, power surges, or third-party modifications
  • Hardware failures in parts not supplied or installed by us

Parts & Hardware

Parts and hardware supplied by Lift IT Solutions carry the manufacturer’s standard warranty. For customer-supplied parts, we are not responsible for defective components.

Service Fees

Our minimum charge is $75 (1 hour minimum). By booking a service, you agree to this minimum charge. If we cannot resolve your issue, we will let you know before proceeding further — no surprise charges.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible. Same-day cancellations for on-site visits may incur a call-out fee.
